Resort History
Maple Hill Resort has been a lake resort since the early 1900's. We began
building new cottages in 1978. The ten unit town home building was completed
in 1984. In 1994, we acquired the Maple Cove section of the resort giving us
land on both sides of the Clearwater River connecting the two
lakes. In 2003, we formed a homeowner's association and sold 19
of the units to individual owners.
