Tips/Policies
Here are some tips and policies that will help make for a safe and happy stay at our resort:
Cancellation/refund policy:
To receive a refund of your deposit (less $50), we must be able to first secure a new rental of your cabin
- a partial re-rental is a partial refund to you. No refunds for early departure.
Deposits/Payments:
A deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation. The remainder is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Deposits: Dally - $700/week, $400 partial week. All other cabins - $400/week, $250/partial week.
Check in/check out:
Please go directly to your cabin anytime after 3:00pm - no need to check in at the office - someone will be by to greet you sometime within the first day of your stay.
Check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Cribs and booster seat with a tray:
They are available upon request - please reserve in advance.
Linens:
All bed linens are provided. Please bring your own bath, kitchen and beach towels.
Extra guests:
Please let us know if you will adding to your party - it is $20 per guest per night.
No pets - no exceptions.
There are local kennels for your convenience.
No tents - no campers - no RV’s.
