What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a refund of any payments (less $50), we must be able to first secure a new rental of your cabin - a partial re-rental is a partial refund to you. No refunds for early departure. Otherwise it is NON-REFUNDABLE
How much do I need to put down to secure my reservation?
A 50% down payment plus the security deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder is due 2 months prior to arrival. Deposits: Dally Cottage - $700/week, $400/partial week. Maple Cottage - $400/week, $250/partial week
What time can I arrive at your resort and check into my cabin?
Please go directly to your cabin anytime after 4:00pm. Resort information will be e-mailed to you prior to your arrival. This information will include the Lock-Box code to gain access to your cabin. If you have any problems please call us for assistance. Check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Are there any cribs or high chairs available?
Cribs and booster seats with tray are available upon request. Please reserve in advance.
Are linens provided? What do I need to bring?
All bed linens are provided. Please bring your own bath, kitchen, and beach towels.
I have an extra person staying with me one night - will that be an extra charge?
Please let us know if you plan on adding to your party. There is an additional charge of $20/guest/night.
Can I bring my pet with me to your resort?
Our policy is no pets and no exceptions. There are local kennels for your convenience. If you need help finding a kennel let us know.
Can I bring my tent?
We do not allow tents, campers, or RV's.
